Masters In Journalism & Mass Communication MA(JMC)

Eligibility - Graduation from recognised university with 50 percent marks
Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication offers the students an in-depth knowledge and a wide spectrum of opportunities in the media industry ranging from the print media, radio and television to films, Internet and the allied areas like advertising, corporate PR and event management. Hands-on (Practical) training empowers the students to create professional content right from the beginning so that, when they go for placements, they are aware of the work culture. This course is highly employment oriented, thus almost all the former students from the department got employment in renowned Media Houses.

Bachelors in Journalism & Mass Communication BA(JMC)

Eligibility - 10+2 with 45 percent marks
Department has also started Bachelors in Journalism & Mass Communication in 2014 with the aim to give exposure to those students who want to do higher study in Journalism or to make their career in the field of Journalism & Mass Communication.

Elective Subject at Under Graduation Level
Department has started an elective subject at Under Graduation Level in 2011 with the purpose to impart basic knowledge in the field of Journalism and Mass Communication and create interest among the young generation.
